Nadia is the CEO of The Reily Foundation, leading strategic growth and driving reform to improve outcomes for families in the child protection system. With expertise across social work, executive leadership, and systems advocacy, she collaborates with government and community partners to strengthen early intervention and reunification pathways. Her leadership is grounded in evidence, lived experience, and a strong commitment to keeping families safely together.

Rachel Kemish

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Rachel brings 27 years of child protection, family support, and practice leadership experience to her role overseeing Reily’s operational systems and program delivery. She ensures all services reflect best-practice frameworks, high-quality standards, and a strong focus on safety and capacity building for families. Her leadership strengthens stable, impactful programs that support positive outcomes.

Hayley Brown

EXECUTIVE OFFICER &

LIVED EXPERIENCE LEAD

Hayley leads Reily’s lived experience engagement, ensuring parents’ voices shape programs, advocacy, and system reform. She supports the ministerial Direct Experience Group and designs trauma-informed, strengths-based peer programs grounded in her own lived expertise. Hayley champions inclusive practice and meaningful change for parents navigating the child protection system.

Ella Nicolitsi

SOCIAL WORKER

Ella is a qualified Social Worker dedicated to supporting families involved in the child protection system through therapeutic, practical, and case-based support. She focuses on strengthening parent–child connection, guiding families through court and service processes, and building sustainable pathways toward reunification. Her practice is grounded in empathy, evidence, and family-centred care.

Sav Sfyrios

PEER SUPPORT WORKER

Sav is a Peer Support Worker supporting fathers to navigate complex systems, rebuild trust, and strengthen their role in their children’s lives. Drawing on lived experience and community work, he helps dads reconnect with their values, build confidence, and create safe, positive family relationships. His reflective, father-focused approach promotes responsibility, healing, and empowerment.

Jacinta Morey

PEER SUPPORT WORKER

Jacinta is a Peer Support Worker in the Parent Inclusion Program, using her lived experience to help families navigate the child protection system with confidence. She is the Deputy Chair of the Direct Experience Group and a certified Family Group Conference Facilitator. Jacinta champions collaborative decision-making and empowers parents to stay engaged in their children’s lives.

Michele Mosca

ENGAGEMENT OFFICER

Michele is the first point of contact for families reaching out to The Reily Foundation, offering compassionate guidance from the very first interaction. She connects parents to the right programs, practitioners, and supports, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and welcomed. Her role is essential in creating a safe and accessible entry point for families needing advocacy and assistance.

Tahni Bickley

FAMILY CASE WORKER

Tahni is a Family Case Worker providing strengths-based, child-focused support to families navigating child protection concerns. With 15 years of experience in disability and out-of-home care leadership roles, she brings deep expertise in supporting parents to build confidence and positively influence their children’s lives. Her therapeutic approach promotes safety, stability, and long-term family wellbeing.

Rebecca St Clair

COMMS & MARKETING EXEC

Rebecca manages Reily’s communications, marketing, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen awareness and impact across the child and family services sector. She also provides executive support to the CEO and Board, ensuring alignment between organiSational priorities and community needs. Her work amplifies Reily’s mission and deepens connection with families and partners.
